This Upper East Side residence underwent a total transformation, evolving from a traditional cellular layout into an expansive, light-filled sanctuary. The project centered on the integration of custom-engineered millwork and a sophisticated material palette of honed stone, rift-sawn oak, and gallery-grade finishes.

In the main living suite, we restored architectural symmetry while introducing bespoke built-ins that provide both sculptural interest and hidden utility. The primary bedroom was reimagined as a serene retreat, utilizing a soft tonal palette and layered textures to maximize the sense of space and tranquility. From the surgical precision of the kitchen installation to the seamless transition of the flooring, every detail was executed to meet the uncompromising Prime Standard.
